These are the planets in our solar system

November was all our outer space for our Science is Fun students.   They learned the names of the 8 planets in our solar system, as well as some of their most important features, such as our planet Earth is the only planet with intelligent life, or that Mars is also called the Red Planet.  We sang songs about the universe, the moon, and made these lovely murals. The 4 year olds made a Planet Book, while the 5 year olds made their own rocket ships! 

There are still spaces available in Science is Fun in January.  The 4 year old group meets every Monday and Wednesday at 14h, and the 5 year old group meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 14h as well.  Sign up in Secretary today, don’t miss our next activity- Medieval Times!
