Luyfe´s Anatomy

During the month of November in Science is Fun we have been studying basic human anatomy.  Our future doctors have been investigating 7 major internal organs of our bodies in English : the heart, lungs, esaphogus, liver, stomach, large intestine and the small intestine.  We have learned not only their names but also their functions. For example, our lungs work like two ballons, expanding and shrinking as we breath in air. We have also learned that the heart, although it is only the size of our fist, is a very powerful muscle. We were very proud to take our anatomy projects home and show off all that we have learned.  Our next project- a letter to Santa Claus!! Ho Ho Ho!
