Spring is here and we are ready to shine! The 3 year old classes have been growing plants for the past few weeks. Starting off with tiny seeds, now the plants are growing just as the children themselves.

The children decorated plastic cups that were used as a pot for their plant with each child making it unique by choosing their own face. Then the three year olds became gardeners and started the planting process.

First, we put seeds and soil inside a stocking, mixed it all together, and at last gave it some water. Most importantly, we put it by the window so that the plant could have some light. 

The children learned the responsibility of taking care of their own plant and most of all they learned three important aspects to growing a plant.

Plants need:
1. SOIL
2. WATER
3. LIGHT
