After a month of collecting before Christmas, we sent a van full of necessities to the Madrid-based NGO AAPS (AAPS = Asociación de Ayuda al Pueblo Sirio) , who periodically send containers to inland Syria and to refugees in surrounding countries.
Thank you to all of the students and their families who contributed to this very worthy cause. AAPS are hugely grateful to the school for our continuing help. They have sent us a letter of appreciation, and have forwarded a youtube video of our materials being distributed to refugees.
