Happy Thanksgiving!!
The fourth Friday of November is a special day in the USA. Our Nursery School students celebrated in style this year, learning all about the meaning Thanksgiving Day. We focused on the importance of family, friends, and being grateful for all the wonderful things we have. We made lovely “handmade" turkeys, while singing songs about what we are thankful for…family, friends, and our teachers!! To make the day even more special, we decorated our halls, and took lots of pictures…but what would Thanksgiving be without…a typical roast Turkey feast??? Our students enjoyed pureed pumpkin soup, Turkey with gravy, sweet potato chips, and homemade apple pie…a sweet end to a delicious day. The best part? Christmas is just around the corner!
