When you think they are sleeping…

When finally the day is over, you think your children are sleeping. But it isn't true. This is what our children tell us parents:
 
“When you thought I wasn't looking at you, I saw you sticking my first picture on the refrigerator. Then I felt like painting a new one.
 
When you thought I wasn't looking at you, I saw you cleaning and tidying our house for us to be comfortable. Then I understood how important little things are.
 
When you thought I wasn't looking at you, I heard you talking to God, praying for us. Then I knew I could also talk to God and trust Him.
 
When you thought I wasn't looking at you, I saw you very worried about your healthy friends and your ill friends. Then I understood that we must help each other.
 
When you thought I wasn't looking at you, I saw you sharing your time and your money with people who have nothing. Then I understood the real meaning of BIG-HEARTEDNESS.
 
When you thought I wasn't looking at you, I saw you working until late, even when you weren't feeling well.Then I learned  that Imust be responsible when I grow up.
 
When you thought I wasn't looking at you, I could feel you kissing me at night. And then I felt myself sure and loved.
 
When you thought I wasn't looking at you, I saw you crying. Then I learned that life hurts sometimes, and that crying can make you feel better.
 
When you thought I wasn't looking at you, I understood that I was very important for you.Then it encouraged myself to improve every day.
 
When you thought I wasn't looking at you, I was… Then I understood how to be a very good person.
 
When you thought I wasn't looking at you, I really was… and I wanted to tell you: Thanks for all the things I saw when you thought I wasn't looking at you!”
 
SO, DON'T WORRY IF YOU THINK YOUR CHILDREN AREN'T LISTENING TO YOU…BECAUSE THEY ARE LOOKING AT YOU ALL THE TIME. THAT'S WHAT MOTHER TERESA  SAID.
